The Autogard E-310 Digital Condition Monitor (DCM) uses unique model-based technology and software to predict and detect both electrical and mechanical faults in systems using 3-phase electric motors. By monitoring conditions within the motor, the on-board microprocessor system can sense deviations from the norm and provide warning of faults developing in the system. The user can then plan appropriate maintenance or automatically shut down the machine. Buttons are available with dual illumination for installations with poor lighting and the standard range of buttons are modular units, so the same LED's and contact blocks can be used on round, square and obround buttons. A Compact 2 Micro range of contact blocks with built-in LED illumination are now also available for surface mounting controls.
